After contacting UltraViewer support, I have updated my review to reflect my experience. Initially this review was quite negative.

To remove UltraViewer, just like any other softwares. It's just a remote desktop software (for remote working, remote support etc. If you don't know what UltraViewer is and what it's used for, or if you don't use it for any other purposes, please remove it from your PC. Also, if you have lost money or anything, please contact the police and tell the police contact at so we can help the police find the scammer. Please tell us their UltraViewer's ID so we can block them from our system. Next, please open UltraViewer, go to the menu File > View Logs to see their UltraViewer's ID.
